Philippe Sautot

Born and raised in France, Phillipe Sautot is a third-generation restaurateur. As a youth, Philippe knew the service business was his calling: At fifteen years old he began his training in fine service skills at the famous Lesigny's Country Club in a suburb of Paris.

After graduating from college, Philippe attended Jean Drouhant, a hotel and restaurant management school in Paris where he completed his restaurant education. After graduating he worked at three-star Frantel Hotel as a captain and bartender, and at the Bar Noir in the Paris Radio and Music Hall.

Philippe moved to Santa Barbara in 1977. Throughout the next decade, Philippe honed his service and management skills working for the best caterering businesses and restaurants in town, including his own. For the last fifteen years, Philippe has been a chef, wedding planner, and events coordinator for private clients including many celebrities. Over the many years, Philippe has earned a strong reputation for his elegant and impeccable service.
